A truly Australian holiday experience from just under *$32.00 per person per night. (based on 4 nights midweek / offpeak / 12 p crew)

Deposit: $500 payable to us within 5 working days to confirm your booking. Payment of deposit and or balance in full constitutes acceptance of our terms and conditions.

Final Payment: The final payment is due no later than 6 weeks prior to departure and 8 weeks prior for peak season.

Security Bond: $1000 bond is payable by cash on boarding.  This will be refunded by mail, less fuel costs when the boat is returned on time in a clean, tidy good order and condition. Damage or loss will be charged at cost.

Smoke Free: TEMPTATION Lady Houseboat is an indoors smoke free environment. Smoking receptacles are on the outside decks. Additional cleaning charges will apply for breach of our smoking policy.

Cancellations: Cancellations notified more than 90 days prior to departure will be entitled to a full refund of monies paid less a $50 cancellation fee. Cancellations notified between 45 and 90 days prior to departure will forfeit all monies paid unless the houseboat can be rebooked for its full value. In this case, all monies, less $100 cancellation fee will be refunded. Cancellations notified less than 45 days will forfeit all monies paid unless the houseboat can be rebooked and a $150 cancellation fee will apply. In the event of a cancellation we will endeavour to rebook the houseboat.  If we are unable to rebook the entire cancelled time, we reserve the right to refund at our discretion. Management / owners will endeavour to ensure the houseboat is available as booked. However, they reserve the right to make alterations to bookings due to unforeseen circumstances, such as boat location, dates, etc., and will advise guests at the first available opportunity. A booking is deemed to be on board the boat TEMPTATION LAdy and not location specific. An owner cancellation in these circumstances will afford a full deposit refund.

 

More Information: Board from 3:00 pm and disembark no later than 10:00 am.

Charges will apply for late return of boat. Where a hire service confronts interruption to business or unreasonable delay and expense in business operations the responsible hirer will be charged accordingly. Any booking on TEMPTATION Lady Houseboat is subject to an accidental / willful damage policy, a no smoking policy and an excess cleaning policy.

The person responsible for the hire of TEMPTATION Lady Houseboat must be

over the age of 21 years and present a current full car or boat licence.

The number of persons on board must not exceed the Marine regulations (12 people).

Instruction will be given on handling the craft. The owners / marina managers reserve the right to refuse any person or persons the use of the boat without compensation.

The boat must not be driven at night or in inclement conditions. The boat must remain statioary with all four ropes tied in the event of a storm.

Theowners / managers are not liable if the boat is unable to leave the moorings due to unforeseen situations e.g. inclement weather.

**No pets, no firearms, no kegs of beer, no axes & no trail bikes are permitted onboard the houseboat.

Additional electrical appliances may only be brought onto the boat subject to prior approval by management.
